PAX Tag & Label, Inc. makes ordering custom printing for tags and labels as easy as possible. We offer many ways to reach our professional service team with any new, follow-up, or return order.

Order via Retailer Custom PO File or request the order form(s) you need by:

    PLACE YOUR ORDER

    If you are already familiar with PAX Tag & Labels, Inc. or have your appropriate order form completed, you can submit your information via one of the following methods:

    • Email your retailer PO file purchase order to [email protected] or
    • Email your completed EXCEL order form(s) to [email protected]
    • Fax your completed order form(s) to (626) 579-7299, or
    • Mail or deliver your completed order form(s) to:

    ORDER/SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

    We work hard to maintain smooth communication with all our clients. You can expect to receive notifications and receipt of the ordering process for any of our RFID tags, UPC barcode labels, custom hang tags, and more – including:

    • Upon receipt of order customer will receive verification/confirmation via email
    • Upon completion of order customer will receive shipping/tracking confirmation via email

    Most PAX Tag & Label, Inc. custom printing for tags and labels orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We also offer same-day service and will call pick-up in the LA area.
